From Beijing Olympics - Our CBHS Chef On-Site …
We were told in the first few days that we were not able to do “blogs” The main reason I have not done more. I have a bunch of great pictures that once I am home I will sort them out and send them off. I am still working on being at the Today show with the sign but work has a way of messing things up. I was next to the “bird’s nest” when the 100 M world record was shattered, I could hear the roar of the crowd, just wish I was inside. The “bird’s nest” is the huge structure that all of the indoor track and field events are done. Also where the opening and closing ceremonies are held.
Well I am back to my hotel for a 4 hour nap and then back to work for a 12 hour shift.
Life is great and Beijing is beautiful.
More to come soon.
